URBAN PAINTINGS

The pieces in this series depict urban scenes from the city of Montreal. I aim to demonstrate that there is great richness in the ordinary, in the simple aspects of everyday life. The transparency of the medium allows each viewer to observe the works and interpret them in their own way, depending on the light and the setting. The central piece is made of engraved glass, while the borders are composed of assembled colored stained glass.
