URBAN PAINTINGS

The paintings in this series represent urban scenes of the city of Montreal. I wish to demonstrate that there is great richness in the ordinary, in the simple things of everyday life. The transparency of the medium allows everyone to observe the works and interpret them in their way, depending on the light and the decor. The central piece is made of engraved window glass and the borders are made of colored stained glass.
