URBAN WARTS SERIES

The aim of the sculptures is to show the raw beauty of abandoned buildings. Although they are often described as undesirables, they are also monuments and symbols for the cities that shelter them. For me, they symbolize destruction, but also creation, change, and adaptation. The works are composed of three engraved window glasses, like a filter that I put on the world to present my perception of these unusual buildings.
